This role is responsible for selling prepared deli products, building customer relationships, and increasing market share while managing a network of brokers and collaborating with marketing teams to achieve sales goals.

Selling prepared deli products and building customer relationships
Increasing market share for Tyson deli items
Conducting product pricing and promotional programs directly with customers
Managing marketing accruals and co-op funds
Overseeing the Broker network and providing strategic direction to broker managers
Ensuring customers and broker partners understand the features and benefits of Tyson products
Establishing service and response standards that exceed industry expectations
Addressing customer questions and resolving issues
Qualification
Required
minimum 3-5 years sales experience; knowledge of Deli and proteins preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experienced with Microsoft Office and CRM tool: Salesforce
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, power point a plus
Strategic thinking, planning, negotiation skills, Center of the Plate protein knowledge, understanding of motivational leadership skills, and conflict resolution skills; coordination and planning skills (e.g., food shows)
20-30% travel
