Responsibilities
Read work order, assemble and pack according to specifications
Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks
Work with Team Leader to produce product based on the production schedule
Expedite materials throughout cell as needed for production
Maintain logs, records and reports concerning production, machine maintenance and product inconsistencies
Maintain equipment needed to perform tasks
Inventory tools, parts and supplies; contact Team Lead or Area Manager when supplies are needed
Check products based on standard work or training to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolve any identified problems and alert Team Lead as necessary
Meet quality standards, on time delivery, and continually improve productivity to exceed customer expectations
Qualification
Required
Basic math, reading and writing skills, high school graduate or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Detail oriented and consistent
Works well as a productive member of a team
Must be mobile to move from one work station to another and lift 40 pounds
Must be able to work in a team environment with good communication skills
