Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presentations and contract negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to align business development efforts
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand business outreach
Track and analyze sales performance, providing reports and insights to leadership
Maintain CRM records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date prospect and client information
Develop customized proposals and presentations to meet client needs
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a results-driven approach
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and industry conferences
