Owning the functionality, plan, prioritization, and roadmap for our Salesforce and Google CES platforms
Making key decisions to shape processes
Collaborating with Process Owners and Line of Business SMEs
Overseeing the integration of Case Management, Interaction Management, Knowledge Management, Member Management, and Self-Service
Managing a backlog of features and user stories
Participating in solution design board sessions
Using data insights to drive incremental delivery
Qualification
Required
Experience with Salesforce and Google CES platforms
Ability to own functionality, plan, prioritization, and roadmap
Experience in managing a backlog of features and user stories
Collaboration skills with Process Owners and Line of Business SMEs
Experience overseeing integration of Case Management, Interaction Management, Knowledge Management, Member Management, and Self-Service
Ability to participate in solution design board sessions
Ability to use data insights to drive incremental delivery
