Senior Events Marketing Manager

Netris is a rapidly growing company providing essential network automation for AI infrastructure. They are seeking a Senior Events Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies for trade shows, conferences, and webinars to support brand building and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end strategy for trade shows, industry conferences, and partner co-marketing events
Plan and execute executive events including dinners, roundtables, and customer briefings
Manage booth presence, logistics, staffing, lead capture, and follow-up workflows
Build and manage event budgets with clear ROI tracking and reporting
Partner with sales on target account strategy, meeting scheduling, and event-based ABM programs
Coordinate with strategic, technology, and channel partners on joint event presence and co-sponsored activities
Manage partner event logistics, co-branding, and shared lead capture
Develop joint event programs that support partner GTM initiatives
Build and execute the webinar program—topics, speakers, promotion, production, and follow-up
Develop scalable processes and playbooks (templates, run-of-show documentation, tech stack)
Own webinar performance metrics: registration, attendance, engagement, and pipeline contribution
Experiment with formats: product deep-dives, customer panels, partner co-webinars, technical workshops
Drive event promotion and real-time coverage across social media channels
Capture and share event content, highlights, and key moments
Coordinate post-event social amplification and content repurposing
Own promotion strategy and lead nurturing post-event
Work with marketing leadership on messaging, demos, and content for event programs
Collaborate with sales leadership to align event strategy with pipeline goals
Manage relationships with event vendors, venues, and platform providers

Required

6+ years of B2B event marketing experience, preferably at a technology company
Hands-on execution experience—you've managed the booth, run the webinar console, and owned the details
Proven track record of events that generated measurable pipeline, not just brand impressions
Experience with webinar platforms (ON24, Goldcast, Zoom Webinars) and marketing automation integration
Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Thrive in fast-paced environments where you build processes rather than inherit them
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate effectively with minimal direction

Preferred

Experience with NVIDIA GTC or similar large-scale technology conferences
Background in infrastructure, cloud, networking, or adjacent B2B technology markets
Experience marketing to technical buyers (DevOps, NetOps, platform engineering, data center operators)
