Responsibilities
Communicate directly with customers regarding invoices, collections, and account matters
Manage and negotiate with customers to resolve outstanding balances
Handle inbound emails related to collections and administrative tasks
Carry out additional duties as assigned by Management
Pull and distribute invoice copies (3 or more)
Generate and process ad hoc invoices
Retrieve and send contract copies
Submit credit memos (including late/finance charges across multiple pieces and months)
Update and maintain contact information
Perform Salesforce reassignments
Process post-dated R12 payments daily
Provide end-of-lease notices for Account Managers as required
Conduct monthly scrubbing of administrative assignments to confirm accuracy (Admin and C2)
Carry out additional duties as assigned by Management
Qualification
Required

Handle anything that the true debt collectors can't handle
Telephone handling delinquent accounts
Work with inbound and outbound Use of multiple systems to Complete administrative tasks
Salesforce inbound emails that require admin attention
Commercial B2B background
Ability to use and navigate Microsoft products is a plus
