Responsibilities
Developing and implementing the Company’s manufacturing processes and equipment needed to build particle characterization instruments
Overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance processes
Leading a team of manufacturing Engineers focusing on existing and new product introductions
Ensuring the engineering team and other production teams work together to guarantee the ongoing safety of teammates and ensure the quality of products
Maintaining and improving compliance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and internal standards
Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization and ensuring that products consistently meet and exceed the highest standards of quality
Streamlining processes, eliminating waste, and optimizing resource utilization
Qualification
Required
Developing and implementing the Company's manufacturing processes and equipment needed to build particle characterization instruments
Overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance processes
Leading a team of manufacturing Engineers focusing on existing and new product introductions
Ensuring the engineering team and other production teams work together to guarantee the ongoing safety of teammates
Aligning the manufacturing engineering department's business plan with the Company's overall organizational objectives and targets

Driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization
Streamlining processes, eliminating waste, and optimizing resource utilization
