Responsibilities
Calendar management and scheduling across a group of stakeholders
Coordinating internal meetings and logistics
Supporting up to 10 professionals with varying needs
Liaising with internal coordination teams and cross‑functional partners
Light administrative support for senior team members
Assisting with workflow efficiencies as the team continues to grow
Qualification
Required
Organized, proactive, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment
A clear communicator with strong coordination skills
Comfortable supporting multiple team members simultaneously
Team-oriented, humble, and eager to learn
Adaptable and willing to take on varied tasks
Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office
