Responsibilities
Analyze assigned loan applications
Prepare detailed written loan memorandum documents
Advise Lending Officers on loan analysis
Spread and analyze financial statements
Review complex credit issues and interpret data
Ensure cash flow adequacy for debt requirements
Evaluate loan risk and make recommendations
Complete written loan memorandum thoroughly
Work within time-sensitive deadlines
Interpret financial statements and accounting principles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
Strong analytical and financial statement interpretation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience in a Credit Analyst role preferred
Experience with SBA lending
Knowledge of legal requirements for collateral instruments
Understanding of global cash flow analysis
