New Grad, Entry LevelNew Age Industrial is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Implementation Support Analyst to aid in the rollout and improvement of key business systems. The role involves supporting various business tools, managing projects, and ensuring compliance across teams.

Responsibilities
Support implementation and maintenance of business tools like Avalara, DocuSign, Expensify, FISPAN, Flexspring, FSM, WMS, Quantify, Square, and others
Assist with NetSuite-related projects including consolidation efforts, ADP uploads, inventory standardization, and multi-entity billing setups
Perform routine NetSuite administration, including data imports and building Saved Searches/Reports
Track project tasks, deadlines, and action items using ClickUp (including cleanup and organization)
Help create clear process flows and workflow documentation to support improvements and consistency
Maintain and improve shared documentation and internal communication tools (including SharePoint)
Monitor legal inboxes, assist with contract distribution, and support contract routing/approval processes
Help track business licensing and Certificate of Insurance (COI/CTC) expirations to support compliance
Coordinate scheduling by gathering availability and organizing calls/meetings across teams and external partners
Support cross-functional coordination with subsidiaries to gather required documentation
Assist with payroll/per diem data entry and template upkeep as needed
Take on other support tasks and priorities assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Associate degree, relevant certification, or equivalent practical experience in accounting, finance, business operations, information systems, or related field
Strong Excel skills (data mapping, analysis, templates)
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable working independently and keeping work moving with minimal supervision
Preferred
Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project/task tracking tools
Experience supporting software implementations (nice to have)
Working knowledge of NetSuite or another ERP system (Oracle, SAP, etc.), especially in accounting-related functions
