Responsibilities
Maintains and support computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality
Build and maintain efficient operational performance within the warehouse to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability in a 3PL packaging and fulfillment warehouse
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and relevant work experience in lieu of an advanced degree
3+ years of end-user support experience
1+ year of IT support experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Server product line
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VPN technologies
Working knowledge of data backup, virus protection, and network system monitoring
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage technical operations
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and internet security principles
Ability to participate in on-call support within a 24/7 operational environment
Preferred
3+ years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience with RF technology
In-depth knowledge of data privacy principles and advanced network security
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
