Temporary Administrative Assistant
Atlantic Group is hiring a Temporary Administrative Assistant in Montgomery County, PA to support day-to-day administrative and office operations. In this part-time, temporary role, you will assist with scheduling, phone coverage, data entry, and document organization throughout the tax season.

Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, answering phones, and responding to routine inquiries
Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and organized data
Input tax-related data and collate tax returns for internal review and recordkeeping
Support calendar management and appointment scheduling to maintain efficient daily operations
Serve as a professional point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, maintaining an organized front office environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of administrative or office support experience required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, with the ability to accurately update spreadsheets and enter data
Reliable, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage routine tasks efficiently, and a positive, service-oriented mindset
Preferred
Prior exposure to tax, accounting, or professional services environments preferred
