3–7 years of experience within a financial services firm, preferably in buy-side or institutional fixed income operations or middle office
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related business discipline
Strong product and working knowledge of U.S. Treasuries and broader fixed income instruments
Proven ability to communicate effectively with Portfolio Managers, brokers, and internal stakeholders
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement capabilities
