Scheduler

Apt is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to play a key role in planning, monitoring, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The Scheduler will lead schedule development, track project performance, support cost controls, and collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software, ensuring alignment with project scope, milestones, and contractual requirements
Support preparation of project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts; monitor actual costs versus planned budgets and identify variances and corrective actions
Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to produce accurate and timely performance reports for project leadership and stakeholders
Identify schedule risks and opportunities; contribute to risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning
Prepare and present high-level project status reports and executive-level presentations covering schedule, cost, and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with project management processes, procedures, and industry best practices
Partner with project managers, engineers, contractors, and external stakeholders to drive coordination and schedule integrity
Promote strong communication, collaboration, and accountability across the project team

Required

5–10 years of professional experience
Nuclear plant maintenance project experience is required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Experience executing maintenance projects in a nuclear plant environment
5–10 years of progressive experience in project scheduling or project controls roles supporting complex projects
Strong proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into clear insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to project leadership and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams

Primavera (P6) scheduling experience
