Responsibilities
Support assigned month end and year end accounting close procedures
Create standard support schedules and prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Calculate accrual entries and complete timely and accurate general ledger entries
Assist team members with analysis projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Basic level knowledge of Excel (including detailed understanding of v-lookups, pivot tables and formulas) and Word
Basic accounting, GAAP and FASB knowledge
Preferred
Experience with database tools: general ledger, fixed asset and accounting software
Basic level knowledge of PowerPoint
