Administrative and Operations Support Specialist

They are seeking a customer service oriented Administrative and Operations Support Specialist to provide operational support and manage complex administrative tasks while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities
Provide operational support with the ability to process complex administrative tasks
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a team environment
Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and have a working knowledge of computers
Manage processes and solve problems with professional attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Successful prior experience in Administrative role, Customer Service and or Administrative or merchandise processing and or IT support role
Luxury retail and or sales support
Enthusiastic, honest, high energy, team player who is self-motivated
Receptive to continuing education and career path development
Passion for people, excellent in sales support and nurturing customers
Administrative work: 2 years
Preferred
Jewelry experience a plus but not required
Customer service: 1 year
High school or equivalent
