Responsibilities
Assist in designing and developing full-stack applications and enhancements to support various software products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance
Leverage AI coding agents like Claude to implement rapid prototypes and solutions while maintaining quality
Gain hands-on experience with modern technologies, AI tooling, and systems thinking while contributing to real-world projects
Focus on usability and customer experience of current and future users of our access control systems
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant discipline
Working knowledge of software engineering design, principles and systems thinking
Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly
Passion for user experience and usability of solutions
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Effective listening, time management and creative problem-solving techniques
A desire to learn, grow and develop by working on projects that will impact Allegion's business and customers
