As a Product Manager on the Cash Advance team, you will leverage your skills to evolve cash-flow products, ensuring seamless experiences for tens of millions of customers and collaborating with various teams to enhance product features.
Responsibilities
Contribute to key product areas in the cash advance space, ensuring scale to tens and hundreds of millions of users
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, define requirements, and ship features that balance financial fundamentals (APR, decline rules, autopay) with broader ecosystem needs (wallet hooks, notifications, analytics)
Maintain and prioritize your slice of the roadmap in support of our overall launch plan
Make decisions based on key metrics—conversion, repayment rates, engagement to inform prioritization and drive measurable improvements
Translate complex technical and partner requirements into clear tickets, user flows, and stakeholder updates
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience in technical product management or similar role (e.g. engineering, technical product management)
Experience with a Cash Advance or Consumer Lending product
You are not afraid to dig into the code, review technical documents, opine on system design and diagnose an issue
Servant leadership: you lead by example and are able to motivate people to get stuff done without being their direct manager
Executive presentation skills - tight communication that gets buy-in for key initiatives
Experience working with legal, compliance, product, business, engineering and other key stakeholders
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
