Responsibilities

Lead new item setup and execution for Walmart and Sam's Club, ensuring speed to market and accuracy to meet customer demand

Optimize online content and manage customer reviews to enhance engagement and brand perception

Collaborate with Walmart Connect to develop targeted digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversion

Build and implement sales plans that support new item launches and deliver measurable category growth

Manage strategic projects that align with business objectives and improve customer experience across channels

Support Sales Presentations and Product Cuttings/Shows for Walmart and Sam's Club

Qualification

Required

Minimum 3-5 Years + experience selling value-added and branded pork in the retail channel

Proficiency in Retail Link (IDM, Supplier 1, Engage, ProSpec) and Microsoft Excel

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to interpret data and apply insights to sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business or AG business, master's degree a plus

High level of fresh meat and further processed knowledge
