Responsibilities

Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis machines

Act as technical lead and subject matter expert for CNC programming and machining

Mentor and train programmers and machinists on standards, best practices, and troubleshooting

Review and approve CNC programs, setups, and tooling

Support new product introductions, prove-outs, and first article inspections

Establish programming standards, documentation, and setup sheets

Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification

Required

Technical certification or equivalent experience in manufacturing or machining

5+ years of CNC programming experience

Experience with new equipment installs or facility startups

Advanced G-code and CAD/CAM skills (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks CAM)

Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, materials, and GD&T
