Qualification
Required
J.D. degree with active U.S. state bar membership (or foreign equivalent)
8+ years of legal experience, including 5+ years counseling on U.S. import laws (in-house or law firm)
Strong expertise in HTS classification, country of origin determinations, marking requirements, and U.S. tariffs (IEEPA, Sections 232 and 301)
Proven ability to draft global trade compliance contract provisions
Strong program management skills
