Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha learning system with excellence
Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with a history of building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams
Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
