The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, collaborate with the sales team, and work with corporate leadership to expand AEL's services nationally.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and event channels
Create branded materials, templates, presentations, and technical content
Lead graphic design for branding, web, videos, and promotional assets
Manage AEL’s website, digital presence, and LinkedIn
Support sales with targeted marketing materials and CRM-driven insights
Conduct market research and assist with conferences, outreach, and business development
Produce shortform videos and maintain internal marketing resources
Occasional travel for events and company locations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years in marketing, advertising, design, or B2B services
Strong digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and graphic design skills
Proficiency in common marketing digital tools such as Adobe Creative Suite/Canva, WordPress/Elementor, CRM tools (Zoho), and analytics platforms
Preferred
Experience in technical/scientific industries
