Entry Level Sales - Recruiter
Prestige Staffing is seeking driven, sales-minded college graduates to join the Prestige Family for careers in Recruiting and Account Management. The role involves consulting with internal managers on hiring needs, building candidate relationships, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities
Consult with internal managers on client(s) hiring needs
Build and maintain existing and new candidate relationships
Source, contact, and screen passive and active candidates
Qualify and disqualify candidates during phone calls and virtual meetings
Prep candidates for interviews as well as brief and debrief post-interview
Deliver job offers and negotiate terms of employment
Develop new business through cold calling and in-person meetings
Manage existing client relationships through phone calls, lunch, coffee, etc
Collaborate with Recruiting Team on client hiring needs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Sales, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or Business
Leadership experience through internships and/or campus organizations
Strong oral and written communication skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and competitive drive
Coachable and enthusiastic about being part of a team
Ability to “think on your feet”
Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and leadership in a fast-paced environment
