Legal Recruiting Coordinator
The Ford Agency is looking for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator for a corporate law firm in their Washington, DC office. The Coordinator will play an integral part in organizing and implementing the firm's summer associate, fall recruitment programs, and lateral recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the summer associate program including preparing the orientation schedule, coordinate summer events and the review process, summarize summer survey
Collaborate with the law schools for on-campus interviews and job fairs
Attend recruitment events, including 1L and 2L law school panels, and receptions
Schedule associate and law student interviews with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth process
Serve as the point of contact for summer associates, attorneys, and external contacts
Maintain and update the candidate information in the recruiting database
Assist with other projects to support the legal recruiting team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm
Experience with the summer associate recruiting process and programs
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Team player mentality
Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to juggle competing priorities
