Responsibilities
Create and maintain technical drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks
Solve engineering problems and design challenges efficiently
Provide technical support and assistance throughout project development
Conduct site visits to meet with customers, assess project requirements, provide solutions, and ensure accurate implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
Develop prototypes and perform product testing as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years in a similar mechanical engineering role
Experience w/ SEISMIC CONNECTORS
Proficiency in SolidWorks
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in both office and on-site environments
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
working with Seismic Connectors: 1 year
Preferred
Mechanical engineering: 5 years
Industrial engineering: 5 years
Solid Works: 5 years
Bonus: Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment
