The role involves coordinating testing activities, managing project timelines, and facilitating collaboration among technical partners to deliver innovative business solutions.

Responsibilities
Coordinate testing activities across multiple test teams, including managing timelines, dependencies, and test calendar alignment
Responsible for planning and execution of enhancements to the internal Wells Fargo application (app performs enterprise‑grade search functionality), including intake, documentation, and readiness checkpoints
Support the Product Owner in organizing workstreams, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring project objectives are clearly communicated
Lead recurring meetings with partner technology teams, ensuring action items are documented, tracked, and completed
Facilitate collaboration between technical partners and other project contributors to streamline integration efforts
Contribute to project tracking, reporting, and issue management using Jira and other Agile tools
Provide general project coordination support and may be assigned to additional initiatives based on organizational needs
Qualification
Required

Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple teams
Strong meeting‑facilitation skills with the confidence to lead discussions and drive outcomes
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira for project tracking
Ability to work effectively with technical partners and cross‑functional teams
Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑through skills
Preferred
Experience working within Wells Fargo or a similar large enterprise environment
Background supporting product owners or working in product‑adjacent roles
Exposure to project management practices (formal PM certification not required)
