Responsibilities
Production Experience with Modern Native Frameworks
Demonstrated delivery of production mobile applications using Kotlin with Jetpack Compose (Android)
Strong capabilities in navigation patterns, state management, performance optimization, accessibility, and modern architectural practices
High Velocity, Greenfield Development
Experience building applications from scratch under accelerated timelines
Financial Grade Engineering Discipline
Security first development mindset, including secure authentication flows, data protection, encryption, secure storage, and PII compliance
Familiarity with regulated industry engineering standards and defensive coding practices
Cross Functional Collaboration & Systems Integration
Proven ability to work closely with backend/API teams, designers, product partners, and platform engineering
Skilled at integrating evolving services while maintaining clean, testable, and well structured code
Immediate Impact & Low Ramp Up Time
Self-directed senior engineers able to onboard quickly and contribute meaningful production-quality code within weeks
Comfortable operating with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, iterative delivery environment
