Business Reviews: Leading comprehensive operational assessments with customers, delivering insights on system health, utilization patterns, and actionable optimization strategies
Ensure customer satisfaction by securing prompt resolution of escalated issues and cultivating durable, proactive client partnerships
Qualification
Required
Currently located in Latin America
Minimum of 2 years in a technical support or systems engineering capacity
Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing position requiring both relationship stewardship and technical problem resolution
Experience with OSS/BSS platforms
