Responsibilities

Assist the BOS site team in implementing and supporting JLL’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program
Learn and contribute to the HSE Management System by helping maintain strategy documents, standards, and compliance guidelines
Provide administrative support for HSE program activities, ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping
Track training assignments and generate completion reports through the MyLearning platform
Participate in the incident reporting process, assisting with investigations and root cause analysis as learning opportunities
Support audit and inspection preparation by organizing and verifying required safety documentation
Assist in communicating safety initiatives and updates to ensure all site team members remain informed and engaged

Required

Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 2–3 years completed in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Interest in corporate safety, compliance, and environmental management systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Enthusiasm for learning about risk management and safety culture development
Permanent U.S. work authorization is required
