Responsibilities
Serve as a technical architect and author across the pursuit lifecycle and within an integrated growth team, including capture and business development activities
Provide end-to-end thought leadership across proposal responses that include elements such as technical solutions, staffing, and implementation schedules
Provide expert technical writing capabilities in the development of technical artifacts, white papers, statements of work, briefings, etc
Work with teaming partners to develop technical solutions, integration of teaming partners’ and capabilities
Explore new approaches/enabling technologies to drive solution innovation and improvements and ensure corporate solutions are relevant for current and emerging trends
Ability to capture business and technical requirements and clearly convey them to audiences of varying technical skill levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, completing multiple complex tasks simultaneously
Qualification
Required
20+ years' experience leading large-scale IT and C4ISR engineering modernization initiatives and innovation
Collaborative team member who can effectively work across all levels of Amentum
Outstanding writing skills and ability to convey complex technical solutions and compliance information
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-functional collaboration, staffing strategy development, and alignment of technical solutions with industry best practices such as ITIL, Agile, and ITSM
Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of recent and relevant experience
Highly proficient with word-processing and integrated software applications
Proven track record of supporting development and delivery of successful technical documentation and proposal responses
Able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization (US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at the primary corporate work location)
Ability to capture business and technical requirements and clearly convey them to audiences of varying technical skill levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, completing multiple complex tasks simultaneously
Preferred
Experience in IT/C4SIR research and development efforts, digital engineering, and full lifecycle software product development using Agile methodologies
Experience with proposal solutioning and development in response to U.S Government RFPs
