Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve machine learning models and analytical frameworks to support operational and strategic initiatives
Analyze large datasets related to charter activity, aircraft availability, routing efficiency, utilization, and market trends
Maintain dashboards, reports, and executive level materials that translate data into clear and actionable insights
Partner with internal departments to enhance efficiency, forecasting, and performance measurement
Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities within operational and commercial data
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting and modeling efforts
Present findings to leadership in a concise and digestible format
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or applied machine learning
Strong proficiency in Python and common data analysis and machine learning libraries
Experience with predictive models, analytical tools, or decision support systems
Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail
Preferred
Master's degree preferred but not required
Experience in travel, aviation, transportation, logistics, or marketplace driven businesses
Exposure to data driven environments similar to airlines, online travel platforms, or high volume transactional businesses
Familiarity with forecasting, optimization, or operational analytics
