Responsibilities
Provide Family Office services for ultra-high-net-worth clients
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s full financial picture, including trusts and related entities
Monitor cash flow activity, payroll, tax payments, and insurance policies
Perform comprehensive bill pay and investment tracking
Maintain organized, accurate documentation for all financial transactions within a defined filing system
Assist with special accounting and financial statement projects as needed
Create and maintain personal financial statements using QuickBooks
Perform financial statement consolidations
Prepare customized reports, including cash flow projections and other ad hoc client requests
Assemble and organize documentation for tax preparation
Ensure all executed trust, estate, and related documents are properly retained and filed
Assist with internal accounting, HR, and tax-related projects as needed
Ensure behavior and performance align with the company’s Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO™)
Solicit feedback and take action to continuously improve team performance
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Strong written, verbal, and mathematical skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and directly with external clients
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Proven project management abilities and experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
High level of client service orientation with the ability to manage competing priorities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Exceptional attention to detail
