This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth across U.S. and international operations.

Responsibilities
Oversee all financial functions: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, tax, and audit readiness
Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls to support scalability
Provide insights on business performance and identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement
Manage relationships with lenders, auditors, and key stakeholders
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability
Qualification
Required
Manufacturing or wine industry experience required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing/operations
Expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, and ERP systems
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hybrid work arrangement

MBA/CPA preferred
