Required

Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development to drive revenue growth and market share
Strong background in Customer Service and relationship management to build and sustain partnerships with key clients
Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and Management to lead and develop a results-driven sales team
Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in leveraging market insights to inform decision-making
Experience utilizing syndicated and customer data
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Southwest region to meet business objectives

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience within the food industry or a similar sector is a plus
