Responsibilities
Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group-based activities
Encouraging student participation and motivation through chat messages, public recognition, and one-on-one outreach
Ensuring students remain engaged, confident, and connected throughout their learning experiences
Providing operational support to lead educators to maintain the seamless flow of each workshop
Serving as a culture champion and dependable presence within student clubs and life skills programming
Qualification
Required
Available to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
Minimum of 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
Excellent communication abilities and strong proficiency with digital platforms
Student-centered, motivating presence with attention to detail and skill in managing smooth transitions
Preferred
Familiarity with online learning platforms or youth enrichment initiatives
Experience in after-school programming, summer camps, or club leadership roles
