Responsibilities
Accurately define project requirements
Create job schedules
Coordinate the delivery of tools and fabrication
Identify and manage the personnel assigned to each project and track their labor efficiency
Attend job progress meetings and pre bid meetings
Estimate hours remaining to complete projects
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned projects so that they are completed on time and on budget
Work with clients to brainstorm creative solutions to their problems and to ensure their needs are met through our customized solutions
Manage projects following established guidelines that ensure they are completed as efficiently as possible
Communicate with team members regarding project needs
Reading and analyzing job cost reports and taking appropriate action as needed
Respond to inquiries from the senior management team in timely manner
Assist with collections as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED is required
3-5+ years' experience in the plumbing or mechanical industry, working in sales, estimating, project management, and design is required
Significant experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) applications is required
Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce results is required
Building positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees and management is required
Demonstrating integrity and professionalism is required
Demonstrating commitment to company values is required
Excellent organizational skills are required
Ability to follow-up on tasks and assignments in a timely manner is required
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced multi-task environment is required
Ability to perform basic business mathematical functions is required
Ability to work with minimal supervision is required
Ability to work effectively in a team environment is required
Complying with all operating policies, procedures, executed Plans, and Programs is required
Preferred
A degree from an accredited college or university is a plus
