Outbound calling to NYC property owners and prospects

Sourcing commercial opportunities aligned with buyer capital and investment criteria
Scheduling appointments for senior agents and founders
Handling objections with clarity and confidence
Maintaining consistent follow-up to drive conversion
Updating CRM and lead trackers with accurate notes and outcomes
Collaborating closely with leadership to refine outreach based on live market feedback
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of NYC real estate experience
Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales
Highly organized and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
Active NYS Real Estate License
