Responsibilities
Building meaningful relationships with K-2 students through mentorship, establishing trust and encouraging a mindset free of limits
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to create individualized educational pathways
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for long-term achievement
Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and development
Supporting students in discovering their unique strengths and areas of interest
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational, afterschool, coaching, or comparable settings
Proven public speaking ability, with a track record of engaging and energizing young audiences
A genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
Authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Capacity to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
