Responsibilities
Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of methodologies
Lead efforts to establish best practices in project management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards
Provide coaching and support to project managers and team members, facilitating training sessions and workshops to foster a strong understanding of methodologies across the organization
Identify opportunities for efficiency and growth, driving successful project outcomes through a structured approach
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in project management and methodology development
Strong understanding of various project management frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
Proven track record in leading teams and enhancing project delivery through effective methodology implementation
Experience with training and mentoring project managers and team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to analyze current practices and recommend improvements that align with strategic business goals
Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, PMO, Scrum Master, etc.) is highly preferred
A degree in a related field (business, management, engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience
Preferred
Familiarity with software development processes and tools used in project management
Experience with change management practices and organizational development
Understanding of the consulting industry and its best practices
