Sr. Product Manager, Consumer Product - Spotlight Listings & Agent Directory

Responsibilities
Define and drive the consumer product strategy for Spotlight Listings and the Agent Directory, ensuring alignment with company goals and high-growth revenue objectives
Lead the development of new features to enhance the consumer experience on listing pages, helping to make promoted properties and agents stand out to high-intent buyers
Work closely with client product, design, engineering, data science, and sales teams to align on roadmaps and ensure the successful execution of monetization-focused features
Use consumer feedback and marketplace data to shape product strategies and drive thoughtful experimentation to meet the needs of buyers and agents alike
Oversee the full lifecycle of Spotlight Listings and Agent Directory features from ideation to launch, ensuring they hit performance benchmarks for our new revenue streams
Stay informed on competitive trends in the real estate marketplace to ensure our Agent Directory and Spotlight products remain best-in-class
Regularly communicate with leadership and key business stakeholders, providing updates on growth metrics and securing support for roadmap initiatives
Define, track, and analyze KPIs—specifically those tied to conversion, engagement, and revenue—to guide continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping consumer-facing features
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Understanding of how to leverage AI-driven solutions to personalize consumer journeys and improve the discovery of professionals and properties
Proven ability to balance consumer experience with business monetization, specifically in scaling emerging revenue products
Demonstrated ability to find solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment and data to drive results
Enjoy translating feedback from consumers, agents, and internal sales teams into action plans that build stronger product capabilities
Proven ability to engage with engineers and designers in a constructive relationship to solve complex architectural and UX challenges
A consumer-centered style with experience driving product direction based on deep user research and behavioral data
A desire to be part of and help create a highly inclusive culture where everyone can belong
Comfortable working through ambiguity and balancing priorities; can concurrently manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in marketplace companies or real estate technology is highly preferred
