Responsibilities

Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 tickets and primary responder for Tier 2 issues
Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Resolve support tickets within established SLAs
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles
Provide excellent customer service to all employees across subsidiaries
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Administer and monitor UniFi network infrastructure across all sites
Configure and maintain switches, wireless access points, and firewalls
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and performance problems
Assist with network expansion projects
Maintain network documentation and diagrams
Monitor network security and respond to alerts
Lead small to medium IT projects under the Director's oversight
Support infrastructure upgrades and deployments
Assist with new site buildouts and technology implementations
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions
Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and support

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-4 years of IT experience with both help desk and networking responsibilities
Hands-on experience with enterprise networking equipment (UniFi, Cisco, Aruba, or similar)
Experience with switch configuration, VLANs, and wireless networking
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Familiarity with Windows and Mac desktop support
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in the office in Omaha, NE
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to Wyoming (up to 10%)

Preferred

CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification
Experience with UniFi network equipment
Firewall administration experience (FortiGate, pfSense, or similar)
Experience with Azure Active Directory
Familiarity with RMM tools (Datto, NinjaOne, or similar)
Experience supporting multi-site organizations
