They are seeking a Bilingual Associate Product Manager to lead the Multi V (VRF) business by integrating project and product management, supply chain management, and strategic planning between the U.S. and Korea for operational excellence and profitability.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Own the full VRF project lifecycle (planning to delivery), ensuring timelines and budgets are met while mitigating risks across U.S. and Korea teams
Product Strategy: Manage the Multi V roadmap, from new product launches to EOL. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize pricing for maximum profit
SCM & Logistics: Monitor the end-to-end logistics flow and collaborate with demand planners to optimize inventory and mitigate lead-time risks
Strategic Planning: Execute sales/marketing initiatives and analyze vertical market trends to forecast demand and drive revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
5 years' experience is required
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and business analysis
Knowledge of supply chain management principles
Strong communication and leadership skills
