Responsibilities
Support the development of marketing content, including blog posts and landing pages, and help coordinate additional iterative content needs as required
Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep content programs on track and delivered on time
Execute content aligned to the marketing persona and target audience
Ensure messaging reflects audience needs, pain points, and use cases as outlined by product and marketing leadership
Track and analyze content performance across channels
Identify trends and insights, and suggest optimizations to improve performance and relevance
Contribute creative ideas for content formats, themes, and channels that will resonate with the target audience
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform new content ideas
Help manage editorial calendars and campaign timelines
Keep content programs organized, moving forward, and aligned with broader marketing goals
Experience or a background in project or program management to ensure complex programs are delivered efficiently
Qualification
Required
~2 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, communications, or a related role
Possess advanced written and verbal communication skills with an eye for clarity and tone
Have the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a sense of urgency
Comfort working with content performance data and making optimization recommendations
Have a creative mindset paired with excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with and interest in utilizing AI tools for content creation, optimization, and idea generation
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
Highly organized and detail-driven
Experience or a background in project or program management to ensure complex programs are delivered efficiently
