Responsibilities

Increasing housing occupancy and streamlining the in-take and leasing process for HHF properties
Guiding and coaching the Housing and Leasing Coordinators in handling every step of the in-take and leasing process, background checks, move-ins, transfers, as well as keeping all residents records up-to-date in AppFolio
Ensuring timely response to housing applicants and inquiries, as well as connecting with external partners and agencies to identify resources for HHF residents
Advocating for AHF’s top initiatives and ensuring that AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all activities
Adapting to various situations with ease and being flexible to assist in providing the best experience for clients and workplace for employees
Contributing to reaching HHF’s affordable housing goals and AHF’s mission

Qualification

Required

Experience in housing management or a related field
Strong understanding of leasing processes and tenant relations
Ability to guide and coach team members effectively
Proficiency in using property management software, specifically AppFolio
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to respond timely to housing applicants and inquiries
Experience in connecting with external partners and agencies
Commitment to AHF's Core Values and Mission
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
