Responsibilities
Uses computer assisted design/drafting with emphasis on structural drafting using Revit
Uses ACAD (Autodesk), Civil 3D, and/or Microstation equipment and software to draft designs
Creates and revises production drawings (detail and assembly drawings)
Makes final sketch of proposed drawings, checking dimensions, materials, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project
Utilizes knowledge of various engineering practices, mathematics, building materials and other physical sciences to complete drawings
Utilizes skills necessary to read blueprints, create 3-dimensional models, assemblies, and working drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Drafting/Design with 0-2 years of experience
Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD
Familiarity with Civil 3D and MicroStation
All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800 -171
