Responsibilities
Leads complex or midsize projects. Identifies new partners, technologies, and delivery channels. Develops and manages department expense budget. Regularly monitors expenses against forecast, providing explanation or justification for budget items and/or variances. Communicates project status to all stakeholders. Mentors and provides guidance to less experienced colleagues
Presents findings and makes recommendations to management. Performs analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data and presents recommendations
Applies broad expertise to work on projects in multiple disciplines such as civil, electrical, construction management with a high degree of knowledge and ability
Compiles and interprets internal drawings and relevant data for the RFP and contract processes, renegotiates spoils contract scope with contractor when needed
Partners with Project Managers to establish planning/schedule dates for construction to establish best locations for yard development. Communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences using a variety of media
Provides others with guidance around complex industry regulatory and compliance environment and considerations. Performs in-depth quality assurance final reviews and contract drafts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business
Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent
Ability to travel up to 50 percent of working time
Preferred
Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience
