Responsibilities

Open and close the office daily
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, maintaining a welcoming experience
Keep public-facing areas and conference rooms tidy, stocked and meeting-ready
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries; process outgoing mail accurately and on-time
Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
Ensure proper setup and stocking of conference rooms, waiting area and café
Work with various departments throughout the year to schedule and set up group meals and get togethers
Support general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, for the operations team
Order, receive and set up busy season and other meals as needed
Follow company procedures for security, confidentiality, and visitor management

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude
This is an on-site role; remote work is not permitted
