$23/hr - $30/hrWeeday is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Coordinator to join their team. The role focuses on planning and producing social media content, managing engagement across platforms, and building partnerships with influencers and brands.

Responsibilities
Plan and produce social media content with a strong aesthetic sense
Support in-house commercial shoots (including basic DIT work)
Assist with shooting content (DSLR experience is a big plus)
Post and schedule content across social platforms
Reply to comments and DMs
Engage with influencers and brands
Monitor account health and performance
Analyze content performance and prepare regular reports (insights, learnings, recommendations)
Proactively research, source, and reach out to influencers and potential brand partners
Manage outreach communication, negotiations, and deal coordination
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and partner brands
Qualification
Required
Graduate of a film school
Focus in producing, basic cinematography, or directing
Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, and able to multitask
Social media–savvy with a strong understanding of current platforms, trends, and formats
Strong overall visual taste and aesthetic judgment
Highly social media-savvy, with hands-on experience managing platforms like Instagram and TikTok
Excellent communication skills - comfortable coordinating with internal teams, creators, influencers, and brand partners
Confident in outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Analytical, testing-driven mindset
Preferred
Graduate of a film school (preferred): Chapman, LMU, USC, UCLA
Portfolio: Not required, but highly preferred
