Responsibilities
Drive implementation of global digital initiatives to streamline supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency
Establish and maintain governance frameworks for data architecture, reporting, and analytics across global operations
Manage Supply Chain PMO processes, tools, and governance to ensure consistent delivery of enterprise projects
Design and deploy digital solutions, including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and advanced analytics tools, to support decision-making and performance visibility
Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and minor enhancements for supply chain digital tools (SAP IBP, SAP Symphony, Project44, etc.)
Partner with Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of digital solutions
Identify opportunities to optimize existing reporting and analytics tools, driving global standardization and efficiency
Liaise with BTS and application support teams to deliver enhancements and maintain system performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 7 years experience in : Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Sourcing
7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to collaborate with numerous functions, build consensus across functional, business units, and geographic boundaries
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
Master's or MBA preferred
Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals) is a plus
